1. Check whether the PE pipe has the factory certificate and factory inspection report.
2. Check the appearance: Check whether the inner and outer surfaces of the pipe are clean and smooth, whether there are grooves, paintings, depressions, impurities and uneven color.
3. Length inspection: The length of the tube should be uniform, and the error should not exceed plus or minus 20 mm. Check one by one whether the end face of the nozzle is perpendicular to the axis of the pipe and whether there are air holes. Pipes with different lengths shall not be accepted until the cause is identified. The PE pipe for gas should be yellow and black. When it is black, the nozzle must have an eye-catching yellow color bar. At the same time, there should be continuous marks on the pipe with a spacing of no more than 2m, indicating the use, raw material grade, and standard size ratio. , size, standard code and sequence number, manufacturer's name or trademark, production date.
4. Out-of-roundness inspection: Take the arithmetic mean of the experimental results of the three samples as the out-of-roundness of the pipe, and if the value is greater than 5%, it is unqualified.
6. Inspection of pipe diameter and wall thickness: The inspection of the diameter of the PE pipe is carried out with a circular ruler, and the diameters of both ends are measured. Any unqualified part is unqualified. The inspection of the thickness of the wall is carried out with a micrometer, and the upper and lower four points of the circumference are measured. Any unqualified part is unqualified.
Therefore, the manufacturer must work strictly according to the relevant acceptance standards, and accept the pipe according to the correct testing method. Only qualified pipes can be sold, and unqualified pipes must be re-produced. Only in this way can the quality of PE pipes be guaranteed. , or even improved. Of course, the user also needs to do the acceptance work when receiving the pipe, and must check it carefully to prevent the problematic pipe from being mixed into it.
